We’ve started a new video series on the web called BODYROCK Stories. It’s a rare thing to have a successful party for 10 years or more and often when it does occur, there is no documentation of it in it’s hay day. So as we compile archives of audio, photos, and video of BODYROCK’s legacy at multiple venues, I decided to interview many of the folks who have been there since day one, special guest DJs, and staff of the party. Illvibe Collective Presents: BODYROCK Stories #1 ft. my comrade and fellow DJ, Caliph-Now.

Tomorrow night, we welcome DJ Supreme from Seattle to The Walnut Room. He’s in town for the Hot Peas & Butta Tour with DJ Skeme Richards. He’s gonna rock out with us for another night of straight up fun. No better way to put it so there it is. Get there early as we fill to capacity fairly early almost every Saturday.

Also, I have to say Happy Birthday to my homeboy Todd aka Caliph-Now. If you’re going to be at his private birthday party tonight, I’ll most likely see you in the house. I’m looking forward to it. Aiight y’all. Enjoy the weekend and stay cool out there.
