Nuff respect to everyone who packed Walnut Room this past Saturday and Sunday. I couldn’t have asked for a better set of parties back to back at the same venue. My brothers Brendan Bringem and Elixir are always great to rock with and the crowd was a live as it gets.

Thank you all for helping me get back in my bag. I miss the days when nearly every party I went to and played felt like that. Stay tuned for the next #Random event coming soon.

This weekend, once again, I join the Boom Bap fam for another journey through great hip hop records. This time we rock in Nashville in honor of Dilla Month with a special set of flavors to celebrate the life and legacy of the legendary James Yancey. To any of my folks in Tennessee, I’d love to see you out and about. Say what up to the kid!

If you’re in Philly, stop in and give love to one of my best friends and biz partner, Phillee Blunt, holding things down at Walnut Room this Saturday. The groove is always solid with Illvibe in the place.

This weekend, I’m doing double duty at Walnut Room. Saturday night is my regular weekly get down. Then on Sunday, I celebrate Presidents Day Weekend doing a special one off party with my homeboy Brendan Bringem & Elixir. This party is about feel good tunes and classic in every genre. No requests. Just dance floor shenanigans.
